当默认兼容日期前移，用模板生成的项目就继承了一个没人亲自选择的运行行为。把日期绑定在固定版 workerd 上，等于把整个运行时的漂移压缩进一个设定值。就像办公室打印机悄悄换了纸张尺寸，结果先变了，设置却没人看过。不看更新日志的团队有多少，这套设计的影响就有多大。
